OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Users can use the services offered at Unlocking360.com but only subject to the terms and conditions listed on the page ‘Terms and conditions’.

We create a life, free of troubles by helping you crack the unlock code of your cellphone irrespective of the network provider as well as the location of your sim card it is subscribed to. We guide you throughout the complete process of unlocking the network codes imposed on your device. We also have an excellent support team that is ready to guide you with all your troubleshooting concerns.

Please read the following terms and conditions well, before opting for our service.

The information, files, graphics, text, software, communication published in this site as well as all the services provided is subject to the terms and conditions as specified here. You are supposed to check them periodically and abide by them, before availing any service from us. We also reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions any time and we expect your actions to respect the current version of them. If any breach of the conditions happens, your right to use this site gets terminated by default.

Customers should give correct information regarding the details of their mobile handsets, like model, network provider in which the unlocking is done, country code, IMEI number, etc.

You should not attempt to unlock the device by yourself or use any alternative method to unlock it other than the unlocking code provided by us.

You should use only the network provided unlock codes, which are specifically made for this purpose. You are requested to not use pattern locks, PIN/PUK codes, security codes etc., as they do not serve your purpose.

The mobile phone should not be blocked by the network provider in the event of stolen, lost or misplaced devices.

Read the instructions carefully before utilizing the unlock code.

The delivery is done as per the rules provided in the website. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances if the order gets delayed, we are not liable to refund your money.

Cancellations of the orders are not permitted and hence you are requested to read all the rules, process, terms, and conditions cautiously before placing any order.

In case of refunds requested for the unlock codes which are non-functional or faulty in nature, you are requested to follow the rules strictly laid down for this purpose.

In case your unlock code is showing errors, please upload a video proof along with a written email to address the issue. The video must contain the IMEI code of your handset and the error messages that are being displayed on your mobile screen.

We do not take any liability towards any sort of damage occurring to your mobile handset as a result of following any of the services mentioned in our website. We are equally not responsible for any kind of loss of your phone.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password associated with your account. You are also responsible for all the activities which occur under your account.

You are not authorized to use or reproduce our trademarks, logo, and trade name unless otherwise you have taken written permission from us regarding the same.

Our Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money back guarantee that ensures that customers are successfully able to remove the network lock imposed on their phones by their cell service providers by using our codes. However, users need to meet the following criteria in order to avail this advantage, offered at Unlocking360.com:

1.    Customers must submit accurate information on the order form (namely, the IMEI, model, country and provider to which the phone is currently locked to, if requested, must be accurate).

2.    You must not have attempted to unlock the device before using our unlock codes.

3.    The phone must not be already unlocked before you purchase. We will not provide refunds if the phone was already unlocked prior to entering our unlock codes, or if the code is no longer needed. Our codes are generated on a per-unique-IMEI basis and therefore cannot be ‘restocked’.

4.    The phone must not be blocked (i.e. if the device is stolen and is therefore restricted from use on any network)

5.    You must not unlock your phone using an alternate method prior to receiving the requested refund from Unlocking360.

6.    Make sure that you are using our codes for the intended purpose – as network unlock codes. We do not provide PUK/PIN codes, \'pattern locks\', \'security codes\', or similar; these are different.

7.   Strictly NO REFUND for wrong submissions!

The customer must ensure that they are able to actually enter the unlock code, before they purchase. We do not provide any warranty on the instructions given, and they are provided simply for convenience. You are purchasing the unlock code, not the instructions (consider them a bonus).

Unlocking360 will look for an alternative solution if a code is reported not working, or not found. We may require further information. Only after we determine that it is not possible to fulfill our goal of unlocking your device will a refund be offered as per the refund claim procedure below.

Delivery times and cancellation

We deliver according to the guidelines prescribed on our website. The time, however, is based on the average delivery times from past orders for any given unlock tool.  Although we work hard to ensure clients do not face any delays in getting their ordered unlock phone codes, sometimes delays do occur. Here it is important to note that in the event of a delay there we are not obliged to refund. However, be rest assured that if you contact us we will do our very best to coax the suppliers to see if they can cancel the order.

Order cancellations are generally not permitted once the order has been submitted, however as aforementioned we will endeavour to cancel orders when requested.

Refunds

There is a provision that helps customers to get back their money in case our team is unable to locate an unlock code for their model type.  We make sure that our clients get back their payment within 24 hours of our team coming to know about the problem, after receipt of your email.

However, there are certain steps that need to be followed by customers that would like to claim a refund of their money in cases where the unlock code provided does not work, and we do not have any alternative solution. This is to help us to combat fraud, to show us that the information provided to us was correct, and may help us to troubleshoot the issue. Note that this step is essential in claiming a refund.

Kindly note that in case of unavailability of unlock code. The (Complete amount)* will be refunded.

Complete Amount – The Amount paid by the customers less the payment gateway (Paypal) fee.

For Example:

You Paid total - $ 9.00 USD for unlock code. Paypal transfer $ 8.17 USD in our account after deducting their fee. We will Refund you Net Total amount $ 8.17 USD. 

SENDING YOUR VIDEO PROOF:

Attach the video where the unlock phone code has failed to unlock your phone. Be sure to attach it when emailing us, or upload it to YouTube as an unlisted video, and send us the link.  Here, you need to follow some steps:

1) Remove the battery from the phone to display the IMEI on the label. Then replace the battery.

2) Now, you need to locate the IMEI number of your phone by dialing *#06#. You would need to wait 5- 10 seconds to ensure that we can clearly see the number.

3) Now, follow the instructions provided with the code in order to prompt the unlock code menu to show up.

Thereafter, you need to wait for 5 seconds for the message to appear on your phone. Then, enter the unlock phone code delivered to you as per the detailed guide that would help you unlock your phone. Be sure to video the entire entry clearly for us to be sure that the code doesn’t work.

6) Make sure to video the error message displayed on the phone.

Following these simple steps would ensure that you get your money back in a timely manner.
